Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dan and his team rescued me from an unscrupulous company that used a "proprietary software" that ensured I could not make any changes to my own site without paying them.
Bocain built me a new, streamlined, and gorgeous site in two weeks. They were through and patient with the updates/changes and always on top of things. I love the new site, and it's 100% WordPress, so I can make my own updates now. Dan also sent along a video teaching me how to do that. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💯😊!

Domain Management and DNS Updates

Domains rarely need to be updated, but when an update is needed, it’s important to do it correctly or you run the risk of having your website, email, or another vital web service go offline.

Our team has been managing the DNS records of our clients for over a decade and can offer simple and advanced DNS record editing.

If you’ve been told to add a TXT record or a CNAME to your domain and don’t know how to do that, that’s where our domain management services come in.

Domain Record Management

Our team is experienced at designing and developing websites, redesign or update existing websites, improve your search visibility, remove malware, set-up SSLs, live chat tools, and more.

Nameserver Updates

We can update your full DNS record. This is most common when launching a simple website or changing web hosting providers.

ADD CNAMES

Many third-party services, tools, and certain web hosts require CNAME entries to be added to your domain to verify ownership.

ADD OR CHANGE A-RECORDS

When launching a website or changing web servers, an A record update is sometimes required.

ADD MX RECORDS

Your domain MX records control how the domain’s custom email addresses work.

ADD SPF & DKIM RECORDS

SPF records are used to reinforce trust and helps ensure email deliverability from the website web forms to your custom email addresses.

ADD TXT RECORDS

Some third-party services like Mailchimp or Hubspot might require CNAME entries to be added to your domain to verify ownership.

DMARC Monitoring

DMARC records are important to include and monitor for suspicious activity around your domain and email addresses acting or spoofing as your domain.

REDIRECT OR FORWARD DOMAINS

If you have multiple domains, it’s a good idea to redirect them to a single domain for a website, instead of having multiple domains display the same website. We can help with simple and advanced domain redirects.
