Zima Media’s Help Desk was born to make onboarding a breeze for their clients. The portal provides information on how to create accounts on various platforms, how to add your developers or marketing team to your existing accounts and profiles, along a number of other helpful guides for navigating through Facebook and Google Ads.

The help desk is organized into multiple categories to make it easy for people to locate information. Each category has several knowledge posts containing text, images, and video content.
